Urban Innovation Lab Inks Pact with Urban Liveability Forum


Urban Innovation Lab is pleased to announce its knowledge partnership with Urban Liveability Forum for Urban Digital Technology Initiative (UDTI). Urban Innovation Lab and Urban Liveability Forum shall work together to develop knowledge products, networking events and community programs in areas of urban technology.


“Urban Digital Technology Initiative is a platform for knowledge, collaboration and networking for industry players and citizens. It brings together key players to address urban liveability problems and discuss urban digital technology solutions.”, said Shaurya Somani, Co-founder, Urban Liveability Forum.


Urban Digital Technology Initiative cuts across various urban sub-sectors including water, sanitation, mobility, energy, amongst others. It will deepen the research, networking and collaboration in these sub-sectors for improved urban liveability. Urban innovation will be the key driver of the Initiative.


“The partnership focuses on exploring dimensions of urban digital technologies that shape our cities. It will open dialogues amongst citizen groups, service providers and government bodies on innovative urban digital solutions.”, said Ram Khandelwal, Founder, Urban Innovation Lab.


The memorandum of understanding was signed on 25th March 2021. It will be effective for 1 year with effect from 1st April 2021.
